Application Process
Applicants can submit their visa/permit applications at the Canada Visa Application Centre in London either in person or by post.

Conditional to the type of the visa/permit for which you are applying it can be issued for single, double or multiple entries:

A single entry visa allows the traveller to enter Canada once during the validity of the visa/permit. When the traveller has left the country the visa/permit is no longer valid.
Double entry visa/permit means that traveller can leave Canada and enter it once again during the validity of the visa/permit issued.
A multiple entry visa/permit allows traveller to enter/leave Canada several times during the validity of the visa/permit.

Applicants are advised not to submit passports in passport covers, as these will be removed and will not be returned to applicants.

Processing time for postal applications takes longer due to the period they are in transit to and from Canada Visa Application Centre. VFS Services UK Ltd shall not bear responsibility for any delays in postal transit or loss in transit owing to the involvement of a third party.

Please note: Incomplete applications or applications with insufficient funds will not be processed and shall be returned.
