Service and Service Charge Schedule

Your payment allows you to submit your application through the CVACs. Your application can be accepted, refused or modified by the Embassy of Canada in its full right. Once service charges have been paid, they cannot be refunded, even in the case of a visa refusal or cancelling an application.

Please note all applicants are required to pay VFS Global services charges (mandatory) as mentioned below in addition to the visa processing fee.


If you submit your application through Canada Visa Application Centre in London, you CANNOT pay visa fee at Canada Visa Application Centre in London. The Visa Fees must be paid online as per the Government of Canada instructions on  IRCC website. VFS mandatory service charge and other optional service fee must be paid into Canada visa Application Centre in London account state below.

Methods of Payment

  • In person- Applicants can pay by Credit card, Debit Card, Postal order, Demand draft, Bankers draft, Cash. All payment should be made in GBP only.
  • By Mail- postal order or demand draft or Bank transfers in GBP only
  • If sending your application by post, please do not forget to enclose the courier service charge to have your passport sent back to you by secure courier. Please refer to the above Service Charge Chart for details.

The applicants can pay by postal order or bank draft or Demand Draft to be made payable to “ Canada Visa Application Centre”. All payment should be made in GBP only. Please note that cheque payment is not accepted as a correct mode of payment.

As part of the 2 way courier service, applications will be collected by an authorized courier company at a time, date and place based on the applicants convenience. Applications will be collected from an applicant’s place of work or home.  Upon completion of processing at the designated Canada Visa Office, the processed application and passport etc. will be delivered back to the applicant. This service can be availed within the UK and for Nordic countries.

Within UK the coverage area is serviced by DX courier and the Nordic countries and other regions are covered by DHL Courier.

In order to avail this facility, an applicant needs to follow the process outlined below:

  • Contact our call centre to find out how to fill the application form and for information on which supporting documents are required. If you are sending passport and approval letter as part of (E-applications) please contact our call centre.
  • Applicants need to provide confirmation to the call centre agent that all paper work and forms have been filled as per instructions.
  • Sign the waiver form provided by the call centre in case instructions are not followed and inform the call centre agent that the application package is ready to be picked up.
  • Once the call centre receives confirmation that the application package is ready to be picked up, the courier company will collect the package within 3 working days.
  • Please be advised that any refund request takes about 10-15 working days.

Applications will be processed after payment confirmation is reflected in bank. Please check with your bank for payment transfers time.
