Service Charges for Application Handling:

* Note: If you need to provide your biometrics, the biometric fee of 85 CAD covers the CVAC service charge for application handling. Service charges for additional services listed below are not covered.

Important: CVAC service fees of 90.30 euros (80.10 € plus 10.20 €) already include the secure transmission of the passport to the Canadian Embassy in Paris.

Methods of Payment

Notice: from 9 February 2015, it will be possible to pay the CVAC Service charges and the visa fees with a single payment. Before making the payment, make sure that for CVAC service charge  list you consult the above table, for visa and biometric fees information you can consult the
Government of Canada Website.

Payment Instructions for CVAC Service Charges and visa fees:

  • In person- You can pay the visa fees and the CVAC service charges in a single payment in EUR by bank transfer or with a bank deposit with the exact amount in CASH in EUR to the following bank account: ES130049 5974 13 2793101278,  Bank Account Beneficiary: ORGANIZACION INTERNACIONAL PARA LAS MIGRACIONES(Banco Santander), or by credit card at the CVAC. We do not accept cheques or cash.
    The receipt should include applicant’s full name.

  • By Mail- You can pay the visa fees and the CVAC service charges in a single payment by bank transfer or with a bank deposit with the exact amount in EUR ,as per instructions given, to the following bank account: ES130049 5974 13 2793101278 , Bank Account Beneficiary: ORGANIZACION INTERNACIONAL PARA LAS MIGRACIONES (Banco Santander). The receipt should include applicant’s full name and the type of application (Temporary Residence visa, study permit work permit or permanent resident travel document).

As additional service, you can pay € 10 (at the VAC or through your bank account) to have your documents returned at your address by express courier. Please note that for Portugal, the cost is of € 35 and for the Canary Islands is of € 28.

If you prefer, you can buy a pre-paid envelope with appropriate postage with Express or Priority mail services (including DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc.). This envelope should have a label with your name and address on it and will be used by CVAC to mail back your passport.

Mail in your completed and signed application forms, supporting documents and checklists, along with your passport, photographs, your pre-paid envelope for the return of documents and the bank deposit slip(s) covering payments for the visa fee and the IOM CVAC service fee in a sealed envelope to:
