  • Dear applicant, we would like to inform you 28 April 2017 will be the last operational day for Guadalajara and Monterrey Canada Visa Application Center.

    Applications will be received until this date and the following are the options to return passports:

    1. Courier service – pay for additional courier service to receive passport at the address of your choice
    2. Collect your passport at the Canada Visa application Center – collection times are:

      Monterrey: 9:00 - 12:00
      Guadalajara: 9:00 - 12:00

      The office will remain open for passport collection until 26 May 2017, passports not collected until this date will be sent to the Canadian Embassy in Mexico City, to retrieve your document please email us with your application number to the email address: info.canmexico@vfshelpline.com

  • CVAC is offering for a fee, assistance to complete your eTA (electronic Travel Authorization) online application form please visit our office for assistance with filling in forms
  • Please note that with effect from 19 November 2016, the VAC will no longer be able to accept the older version of the application forms dated 2010 or older. All applications submitted on or after 19 November 2016 will need to include the new version of the forms which can be accessed from our website based on  the purpose of your travel.
  • The Electronic Travel authorization (eTA) from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is a new entry requirement for visa-exempt foreign nationals (apart from U.S. citizens and other specified exempt travelers) travelling to Canada by air. The online application is available at www.Canada.ca/eTA
