  • Important instructions to be followed by applicants while visiting the Visa application centre

Message on the attendance of applicants

    • Limit the number of accompanying the applicants (family and friends) at the VAC.

"Only persons submitting a request visa / permit will be allowed within the premises of the VAC.
The applicants are requested not to be accompanied by family members who do not submit visa applications / permits at the VAC. In addition, children under 14 and seniors over 80 years old are not required to visit the VAC in person because they do not need to provide their biometric data.
This will allow the VAC staff to provide the applicants a better quality of service and a more comfortable environment. This will also help to reduce the surplus of people at the VAC and this will enable applicants to wait more comfortably and in the shortest time.
Thank you for your cooperation. "

    • It is advisable for applicants to appear at the VAC at any time during the day during the deposition times and it is not useful to queue early before the opening of the VAC in the morning.

"The applicants are invited to submit their application at any time from 08:30 to 16:00, Sunday to Thursday. It is not necessary to be present at the VAC or early before the doors opened.
VAC staff are available throughout the day to accept applications and answer questions from applicants. To avoid high latency due to long queues before the opening of the VAC in the morning, the applicants are invited to attend the VAC only during the times listed on the website. This will allow applicants to be served more quickly and spend less time at the VAC.
Please note that on arrival at the VAC early morning does not allow faster processing of requests.
      Thank you for your cooperation."

  • Applicants are requested to pay for all applicable VAC service charges and Value Added Services in the exact amount of cash based on the services they have received at the VAC.
